Royal Tulip Canaan Nairobi

Location is good, not so far from centre. There are some restaurants & a supermarket nearby on walking distance. Staff is wonderful & made us feel so welcomed. They even packed the breakfast since we had to leave early morning for safari.

Friendly staff, super helpful. At the check in, the staff upgraded my room without even asking. Room was very clean, get to request whether you want it to be cleaned for environmental reasons. Spa, gym, sauan, nice location close to many nice coffeeshops and resturants, also a couple of shopping malls where local markets are organised. Staff helped me organise safari to the national park, very efficient & quickly respond to any request.

Very good location and easy access to everywhere around Nairobi Beautiful room comfortable and excellent & helping staff. Especially Joan , Edward and Victoria + all workers were friendly and so professional. Also breakfast was very good .

Warm welcome, friendly staff round the clock. Very nice food in the restaurant. Airport pickup service was very welcoming after a long trip. I would stay here again if I were visiting Nairobi again.

Property is a little worn out in the bedrooms and in need of refurbishment. Else where it was lovely.
